The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Delivery times may be affected during holidays and sale periods.

Packages are shipped using our standard shipping service (PostNL or DHL). Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the order total and are not collected by DESIRE™.
We deliver worldwide. We do not ship to APO, PO Box, or FPO addresses.
Shipping to the United States: €10,00 shipping costs. No customs charges apply to orders under $700. Duties or taxes may still apply.
Sale
Due to high demand during sale periods, orders are confirmed only after shipment. Orders may be cancelled if items are out of stock. Processing may take 3–7 working days.

Processing Guidelines
All products are subject to availability and payment verification. We will contact you if items are unavailable or if additional identification is required.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to incorrect address details.
Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is not as expected, contact us at info@by-desire.com with your order number, contact details, and photographic proof.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
